✧ Commission Terms of Service ✧

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms. (Subject to change at anytime.)

Anything not covered on here will be dealt with in a manner most fair to both parties.

Regardless of the subject, you must be 18+ to commission me.

Failure to abide these terms may result in cancellation of your commission and/or permanent blacklisting.

I have the right to turn down any commission request and am not required to give a reason.

I will not draw in another artist's style, you are commissioning me for my own.

Work will only begin once full payment has been received.

I accept Paypal GBP (£) only. Once I accept your commission, I will send you an invoice for payment.

Payment should be made within 24 hours of the invoice being sent. Failure to do so results in cancellation of your commission.

Payment plans may be discussed on commissions that are £200 or higher.

Refunds may only be requested 30 days after the client has paid. I will not refund a commission that has been started on already.

I have the right to cancel a commission for any reason, if the cancellation is initiated by me the refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Please understand I have chronic pain and this effects my work speed. Turnaround can vary between a few weeks to a few months depending on the type of commission. If your commission is time sensitive, fees will apply.

I will not take on a commission that has no reference material. Nor will I go by descriptions that are too detailed.

By default, I will send WIP shots for approval. I will only make a max of 2 free edits (within reason) to the commission after the sketch is approved.

Requesting large changes that were not present on the ref/information provided beforehand and/or may require me to redo all/part of a commission may be declined, or cost an additional charge.

Please do not message me every day regarding your commission’s progress, it causes unneeded stress and pressure. On failure to respect this, you will be refunded in full and blacklisted.

You may post the commissioned artwork and are always required to credit me.

You may not claim the artwork as your own.

You may not edit my artwork in any way UNLESS you have personally asked my permission.

You may not use my artwork commercially or resell it.

I do not provide un-watermarked versions of my commissions, however, you can request to have it moved/resized.

I have the right to post commissions wherever I wish to and use them as examples for future commissions.

My work cannot be used for NFTs or AI training.

NSFW content (Suggestive content/ artistic nudity is accepted)

Illegal Content / Hateful themes

Robots / Machinery / Vehicles / Guns

Bright / neon coloured characters
